We are certified, experienced and dedicated bookkeepers who have a diverse and extensive experience of various industries and have acquired a fundamental knowledge base to ensure our work is performed accurately, efficiently and on time. We routinely undergo training and networking to help us become familiar with new rules and changes to taxation, and, of course, new innovative methods in bookkeeping.

We are located in Vernon, BC and serve the entire Okanagan and Shuswap. We are electronic friendly and simply a phone call away for any of your bookkeeping needs.

Customized Service Packages

Clients can pick and choose how much and/or how often they need help with any or all of the business bookkeeping services we offer.

We can come in and set up your systems; or oversee your bookkeeping and accounting needs weekly, monthly or quarterly; or act as your own outsourced but full-service accounting staff and do everything for you. We can assist your in-house staff, train you or your staff, or we can set up your bookkeeping systems and just review your books on a quarterly or monthly basis. We will do your books at your office or ours, whichever you prefer. You get to tell us what you want.

Our clients include a wide variety of small businesses plus professional corporations such as lawyers, doctors and dentists. We generally work with QuickBooks or Sage 50, but we also work with other bookkeeping software. We’re happy to talk with you about using any accounting program you prefer. Honest Cents Bookkeeping Services is accurate, effective, and efficient — and we are budget conscious on your behalf. Most of our clients are referrals from other happy customers . . . so we must be doing something right!

We also have a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor on staff for special projects. We pride ourselves on being available, accessible and responsive.
